Star anise-soy marinated beef with noodles dressed in pine nuts, ginger, coriander

Roasted beef fillet with mushrooms and brandy sauce
Rack of lamb with a Navarin style sauce
Salmon and king prawns with lemon and herb linguine
Roast duck with peas, lardons and shallots in a red wine jus
